OPEN POSITIONS


  • Certified Nursing Assistant
    • Qualified candidates for Certified Nursing Assistants may be both certified and non-certified to join our team
    • Schedules include full time, part time and on call, all shifts. These positions may include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
    • As a CNA, your contributions play an important role in caring for the needs of older adults- including their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual well-being.  
    • You are responsible for the provision of high- quality personal care and services to residents while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

  • Dietary Aide
    • Qualified candidates must be aware that these positions include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
    • The Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high- quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
    • Must demonstrate ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with those we serve.

  • RN
    • Qualified candidates will hold at least an associated degree in nursing and licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of MN. 
    • A current CPR certification is required. 
    • Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form. 
    • The RN should have knowledge of gerontology nursing care. 
    • Candidates must be knowledgeable of or participate in the requirements of the position including but not limited to: professional requirements, care plan/assessment functions, charting, documentation, medication administration, nursing care functions (admission, discharges, transfers, technical aspects, interdisciplinary team functions), personnel functions, resident rights, and safety & sanitation. 
    • Knowledgeable of the federal and state licensure regulation for nursing facilities.
    • The RN will complete patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff/following up on work results; assists in state survey compliance on a daily basis; ability to obligate nursing tasks/activities; counsel of personnel as needed; receives employee/family grievances and refers information appropriately.
